Are you exercising/running for Good or Worst?

I have been running for the past one month and I have noticed one thing about running it’s the greatest fat burner in the short run than any weighing machines out there. But at one point your body refuses to burn fat because it gets accustomed to the route you take, intensity you run at and the pace with which you feel comfortable.

The whole purpose of exercising is to push yourself to the limits. This way your body experiences wear and tear and your muscles start to build it again to compensate for the lose it has incurred and that process starts when you are at rest and that’s when you loose fat.

The whole ‘funda’ of exercising revolves around pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Once you do that you will automatically feel the pain, twinge and aches in it and it is the reflection that your body is going through a severe wear and tear and that is good.

But there is a catch to it. You have to distinguish between training and over training. And it’s the most common error that people make in their quest for losing weight pretty early; they over-train. But it also leads to burnout. Once your body enters this ‘burnout’ phase you won’t be able to exercise or run whatever you do and you will feel sick, tired, lethargic and lifeless all day along. Your face will go pale and that feeling in itself is very horrible.

The concept of running or training revolves around feeling better, confident, active and happy. It provides you that but train with a purpose; and sometimes it’s better to employ a coach for your requirements then doing it alone and lead your body to burnout. I have experienced that and I have discussed the same with other qualified trainers and doctors; all have recommended that ‘’exercise’’ but strike that ‘balance’ and you will strike gold in the process.

Back to running. Running involves many technicalities (will talk about their nitty gritty latter). Like, have a great pair of running shoes, try to land middle of your foot on the ground. Run with an intensity where your heartbeat gets faster. Want to run faster and don’t want to get tired early? Run with your mouth close. It is difficult initially but once you develop it; you will run long distances.

Always try to push yourself out of your comfort but never push yourself out of order by over-training. Start training and you will yourself figure out what I mean by training and over-training.

Share your experiences and things I have missed during the course. I will be waiting for your replies.
