Perspective makes all the difference

Just sitting in the office and enjoying a cup of masala tea that too when you are wandering into your memory lane is the best experience one gets when you have so many memories to cherish about.

You tend to get lot of past experiences wherein you will observe; you have a completely different perspective than you had previously.

Like, I used to hate my teachers. Even few who were nice with the kids were constantly under the radar for having to share the same staffroom with the not so liked ones.

Life has come full circle till now. I have started to respect the profession & its novelty. In fact I realize being a teacher your responsibility doubles up as you have the job of molding so many futures & you can’t take things complacently. Hell Ya!!!

Similarly a lot depends upon the perspective. How you see the things & how they actually are.

Our perspective clearly manifests what type of human beings we are.

Suppose, you have a negative mindset. You might think the other person whom you have shared a responsibility will screw your job & confidence, though the reality may be starkly different.

All these things reflect our perspective. With time perspective evolves. You start to view things lot differently then you used to do initially.

Like, we form an opinion by just judging the cover of a book. Same happens when we meet strangers.

We just don’t give people or circumstances the time they deserve.

Different people have different perspective to view the things in the world. Pessimists will rant at the world’s vulgarities while optimists will view the same situation with lot more maturity & opportunity.

These examples show you are what your perspective can allow you to be.

The question arises, if perspective holds such a fundamental block of our happiness how can we change it or embrace its positivity into our life?

Well, to rescue yourself from making a presumption, you need to be impartial in your judgment.

An open mind is the need of hour.

When you think from a higher perspective, you will immediately notice the difference between your judgment before a biased mind and after an open mind.

Many of us are true slaves of our perspective.

In our self ego, we undermine ground reality and make our own perceptions depending on our biased thinking. This is called making perspective before the event.

This is truly a limiting force.

It limits our thinking & scope of growth & improvement.

Like, when we are forced to attend an event. We clearly shut our mind to its qualities & perceive it to be a dumb squib. Even though not that bad.

Unfortunately our mind is hardwired this way.

So, in order to lead a happy, free & successful life, we need a serious rethinking on our perspective.
