Do you prefer a roller coaster life or a comfy life?

I always had the fascination to write a book. I would fantasize of standing at the podium & delivering the welcome note before the launch of my book.

I thought of media people thronging by my counter & people gather to hear me say.

Then I pick up a mike & utter few words to describe what exactly my book is all about.

I would ask people to put their questions across & I would be more than happy to answer them.

Media people asking me how I got the idea to write the book & do I plan to make a movie out of it which looks the preferred case with most bestselling authors these days.

At last I would sign in few copies for people & would pose with them.

At the end I would be delighted to be delivered a royalty cheque by my publisher.

All looks surreal. Everything seems to be perfect, right!!!

If things would happen in such a predicted manner do you really think there is life in life?

Well, this is the most common drawback of a fashioned or modeled life where everything goes by plan. Excitement factor or the ‘fear of uncertainty’ is out of question.

You must be thinking, this is the life everybody wants to live but I would rather prefer a life with a roller coaster ride than to lead a life full of comforts.

Though my aim at the end is to earn all those comforts back but the journey would itself make it worth living.

At least, I wouldn’t feel the sense of purposelessness. On the contrary it will make me proud of myself that I have made full use of the life I was blessed with.

What do you think? Insanity or logic? I am waiting for your comment.
